LONDON, February 3rd 2009 -- ASG Software Solutions, the originator of ASG s Business Service Portfolio BSP , has been chosen by Atos Origin GmbH, the German part of Atos Origin, a leading global information technology services company, to supply scalable and robust systems management software for the company s Managed Operations service line, which hosts applications for more than 100 customers in Germany.

Atos Origin selected ASG to help with the management of its outsourcing operations for major clients in Germany. The Managed Operations service line offers the management of core IT infrastructures for clients, including data centres, desktop support, server farms, and network communication systems. In its data centre in Essen Atos Origin offers a centralised service and manages a pan-European infrastructure with a 15,000 Mbps backbone for clients across the UK, France, Germany, and The Netherlands.
