| __ Easynet Connect makes business Internet set up even faster London, 28 January, 2009 Leading business internet provider, Easynet Connect today launches a 20 working-day installation pledge for businesses signing up to its SureStream and EtherStream SDSL and ADSL services - shorter than any other quoted installation time for equivalent services. Having originally lead the market in reducing installation times to just 30 working days this summer, Easynet Connect has reduced these times even further to just 20 working days - the shortest of the few installation pledges currently available on the market. In some case businesses will even be able to get full connectivity in less than the quoted 20 days. Easynet Connect is also reducing guaranteed installation times on traditionally longer-lead BT leased-line installation times from 60 days to just 40. Easynet Connect customer, Glen Wright, IT Manager at construction plant sales and hire specialist, Chippindale Plant Ltd said of Easynet Connect s 20-day pledge: Like lots of businesses, we knew we needed to upgrade our connection and that it would have a positive impact on the business. However, we always thought that switching to a new ISP would be a painful process. We chose Easynet Connect for a number of reasons and the quick installation times were the icing on the cake. We re delighted at just how fast our new connection has been put in place! Chris Stening, Managing Director of Easynet Connect, commented: Internet connectivity has fast become the lifeblood of British enterprise, especially with the growth of Cloud Computing and the importance of e-commerce. Too many companies however, especially small and growing companies have had to put up for too long with slow installation times from ISPs. We re committed to putting an end to this and have lead our competitors in this, initially bringing installation times down to 30 days and now we ve gone even further, cutting this down to just 20 days.
